Satisfaction Surveys

One simple question by default. More only if you want them

The basic survey is a single customer satisfaction question answered in one tap. That is all most venues need, and it is what gets the most answers. When you want the reason behind the score, add up to four more questions: a choice, a rating, a comment. A reward for answering is there if you want it, and never required.

What you get

  • Starts as one question, one tap: the basic satisfaction survey
  • Pick the answer style: smiley faces, yes or no, good or bad, thumbs up or down
  • Add follow-up questions when you want the why, up to five in total
  • Rewards are optional: run a survey with no free item attached
  • White label: your logo and wording, with no names, emails or phone numbers collected

In the moment, not a week later

An emailed survey reaches someone at their desk, days after the visit, when the queue and the coffee and the waiting room have blurred together. A code in front of them reaches them while it is still happening, and it costs them one scan and one tap.

Rewards help, but they are a choice

A survey works on its own: someone scans, taps an answer, and is thanked. If you want more responses you can attach a free item, which turns it into a Reward Ad with a voucher redeemed at the counter. You decide per survey, and you can switch it off again.

Answers by spot, not just by brand

Every e-paper screen, sticker and display has its own code, so every answer is recorded against the place it came from. That turns a single satisfaction score into a comparison: the branch with the queue problem, the hour when it starts, the table that is doing it right.

Ways to collect

E-paper, stickers, or a screen you already run

All of them feed the same survey and the same dashboard, so mix them freely: an e-paper screen on each table, a sticker at the till, a question in the loop on the waiting-room TV.

The basic survey

One question, one tap. Pick how it is answered

Every survey starts as a single customer satisfaction question. You choose the answer style that suits your venue, and you can stop there.

  • Smiley faces

Four faces from very happy to very unhappy. The classic, and the most detail from a single tap.

  • Yes or no

The plainest version: a direct question with two buttons. Best when you are checking one thing.

  • Good or bad

Two words instead of four faces, for venues that want a verdict and nothing in between.

  • Thumbs up or down

The same two-way answer without any words, so it reads in every language.

Optional follow-ups

Want the reason? Add up to four more questions

Follow-ups appear after the first tap, so nobody has to finish a form to be counted. A reward for answering is optional too: attach a free item when you want more responses, or leave it off.

  • Rate 1 to 5

The satisfaction question. Comes back as an average out of five and the full spread, so one bad night is visible instead of averaged away.

    How was your visit today?

  • Pick one

A single choice from up to six options, counted per option. Best for the follow-up: what let the visit down, which counter they used.

    What brought you in today?

  • Pick several

The same list, but they can tick more than one. Useful when the answer is rarely a single thing.

Which of these did you use?

  • In their own words

A free comment of up to 280 characters, listed as written. This is where the reason behind a low score usually turns up.

    Anything we should fix?

White label

Your logo on everything the customer sees

Customers answer a question from the venue they are standing in, not from a survey company. Screens, e-paper and stickers can all carry your brand instead of ours.

  • Your screens

The survey slot on a registered screen shows your logo and your wording, not ours.

  • E-paper screens

Your logo sits at the top of the display, above the question and the code.

  • Stickers

Printed with your logo and colours, including the five free ones.

  • The survey itself

The page the customer answers on carries the same branding through to the thank-you.
