A sticker costs almost nothing, so you can put one at every table and every counter, then see which spots have something to say. Use an e-paper screen where the question needs to change, your own screen where people already look, and stickers everywhere else.
The free pack is enough to try it properly: one at the till, one at the door, three on tables. Name each sticker in the dashboard, pick the question, and answers start arriving the first time someone scans.
