ScreenToAds

Ads and customer feedback for venues

Ads on real screens. Feedback from the people in the room.

ScreenToAds is one platform for everything a venue puts in front of its customers. The TV in your café, shop or waiting room becomes ad space that any business can book from $2 a day, paying per play, with every ad reviewed first and the venue earning on every loop.

The same platform asks those customers how the visit went. The basic survey is one question and one tap, answered with smiley faces, yes or no, good or bad, or a thumbs up or down, and you can add more questions when you want the reason. It reaches people on a small e-paper screen on the table, a QR sticker at the till, or a screen you already run, each carrying your logo instead of ours. A free item for answering is optional.

Then it shows you what happened, by screen and by hour: plays, scans, spend and earnings on one side, ratings, choices and comments on the other.

  3. 03Listen

Ask how the visit went with four faces or five questions, on kiosks, button terminals, e-ink screens, printed signs, your website, or the ad screen itself.

Get started

The platform

13 products, one loop: show, engage, listen, measure

Each one works on its own. Together they take an ad from a screen on the wall to a customer at the counter, and bring back what that customer thought.

1

Show

Put ads where people already are

The screens and the marketplace that fills them.

01.01 · Show

Ad Screen

Any display becomes paid ad space

Open the player in a browser on a TV, tablet or kiosk, pair it with the key from your dashboard, and it starts looping approved ads. There is no box to buy and nothing to install.

  • Runs on any device with a modern browser
  • You set the floor price for a play on your screen
  • Location verified with a photo, so advertisers know where they appear
  • See what is playing now and what each screen has earned

01.02 · Show

Ad Marketplace

Book real screens in minutes, from $2 a day

Build your ad, pick screens on the map, and set a daily budget and the most you will pay for a play. Each loop is filled by auction, and the winner pays just enough to beat the next bid, not their full maximum.

  • Daily budgets from $2, no contracts or minimum term
  • Pay per play, only when your ad is actually shown
  • Every ad is reviewed before it reaches a screen
  • Start without an account: confirm your email and you are in
2

Engage

Turn a glance into an action

Four ways a screen starts a conversation with the person in front of it.

Scan Codes

A QR code on every ad, counted on every scan

Each ad carries its own code for each screen it plays on. A viewer points their camera, we record the scan against that ad and that screen, then send them on to your page, menu or offer.

  • Generated for you, nothing to design or host
  • Links to any URL you choose
  • Know which screen and which ad earned the scan

02.02 · Engage

Reward Ads

An optional free item in exchange for a short survey

Surveys work without a reward. When you want more answers, attach one: the viewer scans, answers, and gets a one-time voucher on their phone. The cashier scans it, enters the store PIN, and sees exactly what to hand over. The store is reimbursed at the price it listed.

  • Stores list the items they offer and what each one costs
  • You fund a set quantity per screen, so spend is capped up front
  • Vouchers expire after 30 minutes and work exactly once
  • A cashier PIN on every screen keeps redemptions honest

02.04 · Engage

Promo Screen

Answer the feedback while the customer is still there

Put a message on your screen before or after someone rates their visit: a thank-you, a coupon code, a loyalty sign-up, or a way to reach a manager. What appears can depend on the face they tapped, so a happy customer gets an offer and an unhappy one gets a way to be heard.

  • Messages, images and an automatically generated QR code
  • Shown before the question, after the answer, or both
  • Different content for positive and negative answers
  • Set per location and by time of day, from the same dashboard

Satisfaction Surveys

One simple question by default. More only if you want them

The basic survey is a single customer satisfaction question answered in one tap. That is all most venues need, and it is what gets the most answers. When you want the reason behind the score, add up to four more questions: a choice, a rating, a comment. A reward for answering is there if you want it, and never required.

  • Starts as one question, one tap: the basic satisfaction survey
  • Pick the answer style: smiley faces, yes or no, good or bad, thumbs up or down
  • Add follow-up questions when you want the why, up to five in total
  • Rewards are optional: run a survey with no free item attached
  • White label: your logo and wording, with no names, emails or phone numbers collected

E-ink Feedback Screen

A small e-paper display with your logo, your question and a code

A palm-sized e-paper screen for the table, the shelf edge or the counter. It shows your logo above the question and a code to scan, and you change what it asks from the dashboard. It draws power only when the picture changes, so it runs for months on a charge.

  • White label: your logo sits above the survey question, not ours
  • Months of battery life, no cable to the table
  • Change the question remotely, per screen and by time of day
  • Each screen has its own code, so answers are tied to that exact spot

03.03 · Listen

Feedback Stickers

A QR code you can stick anywhere. Your first five are free

Peel-and-stick QR stickers, each with its own code. Put one on a table, a till, a door, a parcel locker or a vending machine, and every answer arrives labelled with the spot it came from. Sign up and we send you five at no charge.

  • Five free stickers when you sign up
  • White label: printed with your logo and your colours
  • A unique code per sticker, named by you in the dashboard
  • Nothing to power, pair or maintain

03.04 · Listen

Bring Your Own Screen

A screen already on the platform can ask the question itself

Any screen you have registered can take a turn as a survey. Between ads it shows your question with a code to scan, and a touchscreen can take the answer with a tap. There is nothing new to buy: the display that earns from ads also collects feedback.

  • Works on any registered screen: TV, tablet or kiosk
  • Touchscreens take a tap; other screens show a code to scan
  • White label: the survey slot carries your logo and wording
  • Runs between ads, so the screen keeps earning

Feedback Digital

The same question on your website, app and emails

Put the rating where the online part of the visit happens: a pop-up after checkout, a block embedded in a page or a receipt email, a link in an SMS. The answers sit next to the ones from your venues.

  • Pop-up for one-off moments such as checkout and thank-you pages
  • Embed for pages, emails and SMS links
  • The same answer styles and follow-up questions as in the venue
  • One dashboard for online and in-venue feedback

The basic survey

One question, one tap. Pick how it is answered

Every survey starts as a single customer satisfaction question. You choose the answer style that suits your venue, and you can stop there.

  • Smiley faces

Four faces from very happy to very unhappy. The classic, and the most detail from a single tap.

  • Yes or no

The plainest version: a direct question with two buttons. Best when you are checking one thing.

  • Good or bad

Two words instead of four faces, for venues that want a verdict and nothing in between.

  • Thumbs up or down

The same two-way answer without any words, so it reads in every language.

Optional follow-ups

Want the reason? Add up to four more questions

Follow-ups appear after the first tap, so nobody has to finish a form to be counted. A reward for answering is optional too: attach a free item when you want more responses, or leave it off.

  • Rate 1 to 5

The satisfaction question. Comes back as an average out of five and the full spread, so one bad night is visible instead of averaged away.

    How was your visit today?

  • Pick one

A single choice from up to six options, counted per option. Best for the follow-up: what let the visit down, which counter they used.

    What brought you in today?

  • Pick several

The same list, but they can tick more than one. Useful when the answer is rarely a single thing.

Which of these did you use?

  • In their own words

A free comment of up to 280 characters, listed as written. This is where the reason behind a low score usually turns up.

    Anything we should fix?

White label

Your logo on everything the customer sees

Customers answer a question from the venue they are standing in, not from a survey company. Screens, e-paper and stickers can all carry your brand instead of ours.

  • Your screens

The survey slot on a registered screen shows your logo and your wording, not ours.

  • E-paper screens

Your logo sits at the top of the display, above the question and the code.

  • Stickers

Printed with your logo and colours, including the five free ones.

  • The survey itself

The page the customer answers on carries the same branding through to the thank-you.

From wall to counter

How it works

  1. 01

    Put a screen online

An owner opens the player in a browser, pairs it with a key, verifies the location, and sets a floor price per play.

  2. 02

    Book it with an ad

An advertiser builds the ad, marks an area on the map or picks screens one by one, and sets a daily budget from $2.

  3. 03

    Reviewed, then played

Once approved, the ad joins the auction for each loop. It is charged per play, and never beyond the daily budget.

  4. 04

    Measure and repeat

Impressions, scans, survey answers and earnings land in the dashboard. Keep what works, move budget to the screens that respond.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

What is ScreenToAds, and what does it do?

It is a marketplace for advertising on physical screens. Venue owners connect the displays they already have, advertisers book them with a daily budget, and the platform handles review, scheduling, per-play billing and reporting for both sides.

What do I need to turn my display into an Ad Screen?

A device that can open a modern web browser and stay online: a smart TV, a tablet, a mini PC behind a monitor, or a kiosk. You register the screen in your dashboard, open the player on the device, and pair the two with a key. There is no dedicated hardware.

How much does it cost to advertise?

You choose a daily budget, starting at $2, and the most you are willing to pay for a single play. Each screen has a floor price set by its owner. Every loop is auctioned, and the winner pays just enough to beat the next-highest bid. You are charged per play and never more than your daily budget.

When am I charged?

Plays are added to a running balance and charged to your saved card once a month, or sooner when the unbilled amount passes a small threshold. You need a card on file before your ads can enter auctions.

How do Reward Ads work for the store?

The store sets a cashier PIN on its screen and lists the free items it is willing to offer, each with a price. An advertiser funds a quantity of one item. When a customer shows a voucher, the cashier scans it, enters the PIN, and the screen says what to hand over. The store is reimbursed at its listed price for every redemption.

What stops a voucher being used twice?

Each voucher is a one-time link that expires 30 minutes after the survey is completed. Once the cashier confirms it with the store PIN, the link stops working for good.

Do I need to run an ad to collect satisfaction feedback?

No. A survey can live on an e-paper screen, on a QR sticker, or in the loop of a screen you have registered, with no ad involved. If you do advertise, the code in your ad can carry the same survey.

Do I have to give something away to get answers?

No. Rewards are optional. A survey works on its own: the customer scans or taps, answers, and is thanked. Attaching a free item usually raises the response rate, so it is there when you want it, per survey, and you can switch it off again.

How simple can a survey be?

One question and one tap. The basic customer satisfaction survey asks a single question, and you choose how it is answered: four smiley faces, yes or no, good or bad, or thumbs up or down. If you want the reason behind the answer, add up to four follow-up questions: a rating from 1 to 5, a single or multiple choice, or a free comment of up to 280 characters.

Can it carry our brand instead of yours?

Yes. The survey slot on your registered screens, the e-paper screens and the stickers can all be white labelled. On the e-paper screen your logo sits at the top, above the question. Stickers are printed with your logo and colours, including the five free ones you get when you sign up.

How do the five free stickers work?

Sign up and we send you five QR feedback stickers. Each has its own code. Stick them where customers pause, name each one in the dashboard, choose your question, and answers start arriving with the location attached.

What data do surveys collect?

Only the answers to the questions the advertiser wrote. Surveys do not ask for or store names, emails or phone numbers. Answers are visible to the ad's owner and can be downloaded as a CSV.

Who decides which ads appear on my screen?

Every ad, standard or reward, is reviewed before it can play anywhere. Ads that are not approved never enter an auction, so they never reach a screen.
